Following a change in their real estate CRM, the client needed FPSIR.com to become independent from its previous CRM while remaining flexible to accommodate new pages and features. Additionally, they required a solution for maintaining updated listings through a data integration gateway.

Challenges and Solutions

We had previously developed two real estate websites for this client. However, due to time constraints, we couldn’t start the project within the client’s desired timeline. To ensure client satisfaction, we recommended collaborating with a local agency experienced with their CRM for developing the data integration gateway, Creapassion.

Our Role

Although we did not directly execute the project, we were entrusted with supervising the entire process from planning to deployment, as well as handling subsequent maintenance and optimizations, similar to the client’s other two websites. We provided the design, functionality blueprint, site map, and determined the homepage content for the agency, as the client desired an enhanced clone of the previously created site, thewaterfrontproperty.com, to maintain brand continuity.

Features and Considerations

  • Bilingual Site: The site is available in both English and French, catering to a luxury real estate market aimed at both local residents and high-end international clients.
  • Luxury Real Estate: FPSIR.com focuses on high-end real estate, providing premium listings and services.
  • WordPress Platform: The WordPress solution was chosen for its flexibility, allowing the client to easily manage and evolve the site. The client was already convinced of the platform’s potential for powerful, functional, and modular sites.
  • Marketing Team Flexibility: One crucial aspect of the decision was the freedom it provided the client’s marketing team, allowing them to work on the site without coding knowledge. This user-friendly aspect was vital as it enabled even complete beginners to manage content efficiently.

Collaboration and Supervision

We served as the main point of contact between the agency, the client, and the technical teams of both the old and new CRMs. By involving the client’s marketing and commercial management in a shared instant messaging group, we ensured smooth communication and a clear understanding of needs and expectations.

Agile Project Management

We verified and validated each deliverable in the spirit of an agile project, ensuring that the development process was flexible and iterative.

Project Timeline and Data Challenges

The project experienced an unusually long delay due to inconsistencies in the data received from the CRM and the difficulty in obtaining a complete and structured feed from the CRM’s technical team. These issues were not due to the skills of the Creapassion team but were primarily related to the challenges in managing and integrating the CRM data effectively.

Result

FPSIR.com is now an independent and scalable real estate site, perfectly aligned with French Polynesia Sotheby’s brand strategy. The project, executed in collaboration with another local studio (Creapassion), reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality solutions tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
